📄 Full-text search across the gazettes — the gazette is the Legislative Yuan's official verbatim record, covering floor and committee speeches, written motions, reports and appendices. Give it keywords and it returns the matching gazettes with surrounding context; when a hit falls inside a motion, it comes with the proposer, co-signers and caucuses. You can also restrict it to gazettes where a particular member spoke. The earliest gazette held is from November 2012 — the oldest machine-readable one the Legislative Yuan publishes; anything older exists only as scanned images. The early years are still being backfilled, and every response reports the range as it stands.
