🧰 Skills paused — the tool call interface is being redesigned, so the current set is withdrawn

Highlights

• ★🧰 What is withdrawn — every tw-opendata-* SKILL.md page, the individual .skill.zip files and the all-in-one bundle are no longer offered. /skills stays as a single explanatory page and the former per-skill URLs redirect to it, so existing links and bookmarks do not break.
• ★🛠️ Why withdrawn rather than patched — the tool call interface is being redesigned. Every example in the current Skills is written against today's call shape, so after the change they would not merely be dated — following them would fail. Rather than let them go wrong one line at a time, we are withdrawing the set and will rewrite it once the new interface is settled.
• ★🗑️ Please delete local copies — withdrawing them does not touch a copy already on your machine, and a stale copy actively misleads: the current version contains an example telling you to query ly-votes (Legislative Yuan voting records), a dataset withdrawn on 2026-10-02 along with the rest of the Legislative Yuan data. Following it returns dataset_withdrawn.
• ★✅ MCP tools are entirely unaffected — every tool on api.twinkleai.tw/mcp/ works as before; billing, quotas and API keys are unchanged. Only the Skills documentation layer is affected. For what is available today see the docs and the tool marketplace.
• ★🔜 The new set will be announced here — Skills will be rewritten and published once the call interface is settled. We are not announcing a date, because the interface is still converging; there will be a new entry here when it is.
