Terms of Service

Please read before using Twinkle Hub. Signing up or continuing to use the service means you agree.

What this service is

Twinkle Hub is an MCP-as-a-Service aggregator — bundling Taiwan data sources (government open data, industry, administrative, commercial) behind a single MCP endpoint for AI clients (Claude, Cursor, your own agent). Per-call deterministic billing.

Account responsibility

  • One account per person. Sharing accounts gets you suspended.
  • Don't share API keys / commit them to public GitHub. If we detect a leak we'll rotate the key and notify you.
  • Provide accurate registration info. Impersonation breaks these terms.
  • You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Using the service, you may **not**:

  • Violate Taiwan law or any downstream source's license
  • Abuse / scrape / circumvent rate limits (incl. multi-account budget bypass)
  • Attack downstream sources (DDoS / reconnaissance) via our endpoint
  • Generate or distribute illegal or infringing content
  • Try to access unauthorized backend / other users' data / our internal systems
  • Reverse-engineer the service beyond what's permitted by law

Violation: we may **suspend immediately without refund**. Major or criminal incidents are reported to law enforcement.

Billing / refunds

  • Pricing as published at /pricing.
  • Prepaid wallet model — calls go through until balance hits zero, then stop.
  • Unused prepaid balance is fully refundable (contact support).
  • Monthly subscription cancels at next cycle; current month not refunded.
  • E-invoice sent to the registered email. For B2B 3-copy invoice, fill in your Tax ID.
  • Price / terms changes will be emailed 30 days in advance. If you disagree, refund + terminate.

Data license

Each downstream source has its own license (e.g. data.gov.tw uses Taiwan Open Government Data License v1). We pass through the license metadata end-to-end — your downstream app must comply with the source's license. Twinkle Hub makes **no warranty** on downstream content correctness, freshness, or availability (best effort).

Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time (contact support).
  • We may suspend you for terms violation. Immediate for major violations; 7-day cure for minor ones.
  • Unused prepaid balance is refunded on suspension unless the violation involved fraud.

Disclaimer / liability cap

  • Service is provided as-is. Alpha stage does not guarantee SLA (Pro tier onward, 99.5%).
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, profit, or data loss damages.
  • If we are at fault and owe damages, total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Governing law / jurisdiction

Republic of China (Taiwan) law. Disputes go to **Shilin District Court (Taipei)** as the court of first instance.
