Why per-call instead of per-token?

MCP tool responses are predictable in size — per-call lets you budget precisely. Per-token makes sense for LLMs, not for structured data queries: a SQL filter returning 100 rows or 1 row is the same query.

Any limits on Free?

No rate limits, no feature lockouts. Only difference: prepaid only (per-tool charge). Starter+ is monthly subscription with discount + SLA.

How do I add credit?

Refunds / cancellation?

Unused prepaid balance is fully refundable. Monthly plans cancel at next cycle; current month's charge isn't refunded.

Invoice / Tax ID?

E-invoice supported, B2B with Tax ID available. Sent to your registered email.
