Is it really free? When does billing start?
Yes — during alpha every feature is free for everyone, no monthly cap, no rate limit (within fair-use). We'll email well in advance before billing starts; existing users get a transition discount window. Free pay-as-you-go stays available afterward.
Any limits on Free?
During alpha, all tiers have no rate limit, no monthly cap, no feature lockouts (fair-use applies). After billing kicks in, Free stays pay-as-you-go; Starter+ is monthly subscription with discount and SLA.
How do I add credit?
Top-up is coming soon. Meanwhile email support for credit.
Refunds / cancellation?
Unused prepaid balance is fully refundable. Monthly plans cancel at next cycle; current month's charge isn't refunded.
Invoice / Tax ID?
E-invoice supported, B2B with Tax ID available. Sent to your registered email.
What's in Pro?
On-demand new tools (custom joins, custom domains, your-data integration), 99.5% SLA, Slack support channel, enterprise discounts on private sources. Talk to sales.
