    paper_id: 從 tw_search_teacher_exam(_questions) hit 取得
              (格式 `tqa_{year}_{exid}_{subject_canon}`,
               e.g. "tqa_115_10_國語文能力測驗")
    include_options: 是否回傳 A/B/C/D 選項 (預設 True)

回傳 schema:

說明:
- 教檢 PDF 含官方浮水印, 引用 / re-distribute 時須保留 (§9-1-5 法定豁免).

  是 null. 選擇題答案則官方一律公布。
