參數:
    paper_id: 從 tw_search_exam hit 取得 (e.g. "112_112010_301_1")
    include_options: 是否回傳測驗題 A/B/C/D 選項 (預設 True)

回傳 schema:
    {paper_id, exam_year (民國), exam_year_西元, exam_name,
     subject_name, question_type, question_count,
     question_pdf_url, answer_pdf_url,

測驗題的 options 從 PDF 結構化抽取,answer 從標準答案 PDF parse.
申論題沒標準答案 (官方不公布), questions 內 answer 欄為 null.
