Skills are paused

We are rewriting the Skills against a new tool call interface. The previous set has been withdrawn — its examples are written against today's call shape and would fail after the change, so we withdrew the set rather than patching it line by line.

Please delete any copy already on your machine. Withdrawing them does not touch your local files, and a stale copy actively misleads (one example tells you to query a dataset that has since been withdrawn).

MCP tools are entirely unaffected; billing and quotas are unchanged.
