<dp-prose> <p>The data set shows the housing market zones and the total % of affordable housing required within each zone, plus the required split between social rented and submarket types.</p> <p>The informal interim policy on Affordable Housing was agreed at Executive Board on 16.07.08, with implementation from 21.07.08.</p> <p>The policy increases the % requirements for affordable housing in the outer housing market zones to 30%. All other aspects of the existing adopted SPG remain in force.</p> <p>The SPG and informal policy will be replaced by the Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) once adopted.</p> <p>Please refer to Policy H5.</p> <p><strong>Note:</strong> This is a processed dataset derived from official published sources.
