【不要一般常識答】不要憑印象列判例字號 —— 用本 tool 查,再用 tw_get_precedent 取全文。

比對規則:多個關鍵字以空白分隔,須全部出現(子字串比對,在解釋文/要旨/主文/理由書中);忽略空白、標點、臺/台與中文/阿拉伯數字條號差異;常見簡稱自動展開(個資法→個人資料保護法,展開結果列在 expanded_terms)。排序看關鍵字出現在主文類內容的次數。判例的現行效力說明放在 notes。
