以統編查詢公司董監事名單（Tier B, data.gcis OData API）。

Args:
    tax_id: 8 位統一編號。

Returns: {found, tax_id, executives: [{title, name, shares, represents_company}], count}
    title 例: 董事長 / 董事 / 獨立董事 / 監察人
    shares 為持股數 (int).
