    keyword: substring on Subject (topic).
    speaker: exact match on Speaker (English name in ALLCAPS).
    date_from / date_to: yyyy-MM-dd on MeetingDate.
    lang: HansardType filter · "English" or "Chinese".
    top / skip: pagination.
