Scope: Hong Kong public datasets and government data.

Search LegCo BillsDB · Legislative Council of Hong Kong bills.



Args:
    keyword: substring match on bill_title_eng OR bill_title_chi
             (e.g. "Immigration", "入境", "Companies", "公司").
    top: page size (default 20).
    skip: pagination offset.

Returns OData `{"value": [...]}` · newest first. Rich fields:
    bill_title_eng/chi, internal_key, first_reading_date,
    second_reading_date, third_reading_date, ordinance_gazette_date,
    ordinance_title_eng/chi, proposed_by_eng, ordinance_year_number_eng.
