Scope: Hong Kong public datasets and government data.

Fetch real-time HKO (Hong Kong Observatory) weather feed.



Historical weather (any prior date) is available via mirrored HKO tables (1884-2026).

dataType (choose ONE per call):
    rhrread : Regional current weather (temp/rain/humidity per station)
    warnsum : Active warnings summary. Codes: WHOT (very hot), WRAINY/A/R/B
              (rain amber/red/black), WTCSGNL (typhoon signal 1/3/8/9/10),
              WFIRE Y/R (fire danger), WFNTSA (thunderstorm), WFROST, WCOLD.
              Empty {} means no active warnings.
    flw     : Local weather forecast (today's general outlook)
    fnd     : 9-day forecast
    swt     : Special weather tip
