<p>The multiparameter sonde has been deployed on a buoy by NIEA’s Freshwater Monitoring and Assessment Team as part of long term, high frequency water quality monitoring project.&nbsp; It records water temperature (°C), Dissolved Oxygen (% saturation), Phycocyanin (RFU), Turbidity (NTU)&nbsp; and Specific Conductivity (µS/cm) near the bathing water site at Rea’s Wood, Antrim.&nbsp;</p><p>Data is recorded every 30 minutes and uploaded to the Lough Neagh water quality platform with a short delay.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Please note:&nbsp;</strong>Data is non-validated and should therefore be treated as provisional and may be subject to revisions.&nbsp; Many factors can affect the reliability of real time data, including environmental changes and sensor malfunction.</p><p><strong>Disclaimer</strong> - All materials and information are provided “AS IS”.
