Scope: Korean statutes and precedents from law.go.kr.

Search Korean court precedents (판례) via law.go.kr DRF.



Args:
    query: Korean keyword · 검색어 (e.g. "음주운전", "부당해고",
           "명예훼손", "재산분할"). Optional but almost always used.
    court: 법원 filter · e.g. "대법원" (Supreme Court · highest
           authority), "고등법원" (High Court), "지방법원" (District).
           Prefer 대법원 when the user wants precedential weight.
    date_from / date_to: 선고일자 range · yyyyMMdd (e.g. "20240101").
    display: rows per page (default 20 · max 100).
    page: 1-indexed page.

Returns dict `{total, page, display, count, rows}` where rows have
판례일련번호 (pass to kr_get_precedent), 사건명, 사건번호, 법원명,
선고일자, 사건종류명, 판례상세링크.
