以站名（中英文 / 部分匹配）查台灣四大捷運系統路線。

Args:
    query: 站名（中文或英文，可部分匹配）。例 "台北車站"、"Taipei"、
        "美麗島"、"高鐵桃園"。

Returns: matches[]（含 station_zh/en、system、lines、is_transfer）。

涵蓋：北捷（Taipei Metro，6 主線 + 1 支線）+ 高捷（紅/橘/環狀輕軌）+
桃機（機場線）+ 中捷（綠線）。資料為 2026 年初快照，不含尚未通車路線。
