關鍵字 / Keywords: 專利 智財局 TIPO patent invention utility design gazette 發明 新型 設計 語意搜尋

以自然語言查詢 TIPO 發明專利公開案 corpus (data.gov.tw dataset 15992, OGDL 商用 OK)。背後用 Qwen3-Embedding-4B 做 semantic search,適合白話 query。

參數: query: 自然語言描述,例如「防止電池爆炸的技術」「AI 偵測癌症的方法」 「環保可分解包裝設計」。不必用專利術語,用日常語言即可。 year_from / year_to: 公開年 (西元) 範圍,例 year_from=2024 title_contains: 標題硬性過濾子字串 (中文/英文皆可) abstract_contains: 摘要硬性過濾子字串 (v1.16.2) claim_contains: 申請專利範圍硬性過濾子字串 (v1.16.2) limit: 回傳 top-K (1..100, 預設 20)

keyword + query 組合: 純 query → semantic ranking query + claim_contains="鋰電池" → 先必含「鋰電池」, 再 semantic 排序 (typical FTS+semantic hybrid)

回傳: { "n_corpus": int, # corpus 已 ingest 件數 (cron 動態增加) "n_returned": int, "query": str, "hits": [ {appl_no, notice_no, notice_date, title_zh, abstract_zh, claims_count, similarity}, ... ] }

Corpus 範圍 (alpha):

  • 發明專利公開案 (尚未獲證, 申請後 18 個月公開)
  • 2024-2025 公開期間 ~100K 件 (backfill 中, 已有 ~28K)
  • 未含已獲證 (PatentRights), 未含新型/設計
