衛福部食藥署全部藥品許可證 search (data.gov.tw 9122, 71,836 件).

涵蓋所有中華民國核發的藥品許可證 (含已註銷). 28 欄包含品名 / 適應症 / 劑型 / 申請商 / 製造商 / 條碼 / 用法用量. 至少要給 name / indication / license_no 其一.

Args: name: 中文品名 / 英文品名 substring (e.g. "普拿疼", "panadol") indication: 適應症 substring (e.g. "高血壓", "感冒", "發燒") license_no: 許可證字號 prefix (e.g. "衛署藥製字第046823號") active_only: True (default) 排除已註銷; False 含全部 limit: max 結果 (1..100, default 20)

Returns: {n_corpus, n_returned, query, hits: [{license_no, name_zh, name_en, indication, dosage_form, valid_until, applicant, manufacturer, drug_class, controlled_class}, ...]}

後續查單品全 28 欄 (含主成分 / 用法用量 / 包裝 / 國際條碼) → tw_get_drug_details(license_no)
