twtools-fetch_url_as_markdown

汎用MIT

抓取網頁主內容並轉成 Markdown（trafilatura，去 nav/footer/廣告）。

Args:
    url: 完整 URL。
    include_links: 保留 [text](url)，預設 True。
    include_images: 保留 ![alt](url)，預設 False。

對「文章型」頁面（部落格/新聞/文件）效果好；列表型頁面可能抽不到主內容。
