Units sold directly by developers is compiled from licensed developers’ returns based on options issued by developers. With effect from 25 May 2015, the returns have been submitted to URA on a weekly basis. Data before 2015 are based on caveats lodged with SLA. Since 1Q/2015, the data are compiled from Stamp Duty records at IRAS.
